Pricing
Prices listed in our website are accurate and current. But there are times, due to external factors or unforeseen circumstances, errors on pricing may occur, and therefore JQ Technology reserves the right to cancel such order and full refund will be paid to respective customers.
All pricing are subject to change without any notice.
All offers are available while stock lasts. If there is no stock available for an ordered item, we will immediately inform the customer.
Customer has the choice of re-ordering another item or asks for full refund.
Payment Terms
1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
When products are delivered to the customer, customer can either pay by cash or a cheque written to ‘J-Quest Sdn Bhd’ on full invoice value.
2. Payment through Bank:
Bank: Standard Chartered Bank
Account No: 794-1-5689639-5
Branch: Petaling Jaya or any other Standard Chartered Bank
Upon direct payment to Standard Chartered Bank, please fax us the bank-in
slip to 03-7874 6033 for confirmation.
Orders will be processed immediately once payment is confirmed.

JQ Technology trades in Ringgit Malaysia. If there is an enquiry for

and we will advise you accordingly.
Delivery Terms
1. JQ Technology is only able to offer FREE delivery within Klang Valley (Petaling Jaya / Kuala Lumpur). If there are products that need to be delivered out of Klang Valley, delivery charges apply.
2. Products will be delivered directly to the customer within 2 working days upon receiving the Purchase Order or after receipt of transferred fund from the customer via Standard Chartered Bank.
3. JQ Technology will ensure that the products are delivered on time. However due to external factors and unforeseen circumstances, JQ Technology will not be liable for any loss caused to the customer for late delivery.
Privacy Statement
1. JQ Technology will only use the information customer provides when placing an order only to complete that order. JQ Technology will not share the information provided with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
2. JQ Technology will employ other personnel and possibly other companies to perform functions on JQ Technology behalf. Examples of these are, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, performing marketing researches, customer surveys, customer services and sending or mailing the products. They will access to the personal information needed to perform their functions, but will not use it for any other purposes.
3. JQ Technology uses return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail received. The customer e-mail addresses will not be shared with outside parties. Customer e-mail addresses are used in JQ Technology are used in our online newsletter.
